Childbirth Education

Having a baby is such a joyful and exciting time for a family.

But it can also be one of the most challenging experiences in your life! I know it can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to go through it alone. Childbirth education and pregnancycoaching can go a long way in helping you experience a successful and healthy journey to motherhood.

Childbirth education classes prepare new mothers for pregnancy, labour and birth.

Studies have shown that women who receive childbirth education are almost 3 times more likely to have positive pregnancy experiences.

As a certified integrative health coach, a childbirth educator, and a doula, I have seen my clients overcome their fears and apprehensions, armed with all the information they need to navigate their pregnancy.

In my mission to help as many new mothers as possible, I offer my childbirth education services in THREE ways to meet my clients at every step of their journey.

1. Gentle Beginnings, with Dr Sheila: Online Consultations for a Happy & Healthy Pregnancy

Our online pregnancy consultations get you ready to face the first few months of motherhood with confidence and joy! While we usually offer 24 online coaching sessions over 12 months at 1 hour each, we can also create a custom coaching schedule that works for you!

2. Beyond the Bump with Dr Sheila: The course you need to get ready for motherhood!

Our online, self-paced, video-based course is designed to cover all the information you need for a healthy pregnancy. Sign up to get access to a complete library of pregnancy classes through pre-recorded videos to support you through childbirth and beyond!

3. Breezy Births: Your Guide from Bump to Baby by Dr Sheila

Our E-book is JUST the resource your need to learn more about your mind and body as you prepare yourself for the changes that pregnancy and childbirth will bring.

We believe that nutrition and movements go hand in hand with mental well-being.

• Postnatal care helps you focus on your baby’s wellbeing but ensures that you are healthy as well. Along with breastfeeding and lactation guidance, we also cover signs of post-partum depression and tips to recover from childbirth.
